A progressive step-by-step approach, whereby, I will introduce active stretches that will allow me to assess your body mechanics. Following that, we will customize a program that is framed by your goals and capabilities.
Exercise equipment is optional.

In addition to training, we can discuss your current diet and various changes that can be made to meet specific needs. We will explore enhancements to your favorite recipes, and introduce others of interest; plant-based as well.
